Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

- Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after you place your order. Our daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new condition — meaning unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags (and original packaging if applicable).
Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).
Q. Who pays for return postage?
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, La Moda Leeds will cover the return postage costs.
- If you are returning the item due to change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Orders & Tracking
Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your shipment.
Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@lamodaleeds.co.uk with your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
